Castle Inspector offers a comprehensive 400 plus point Home Inspection for the prospective homebuyer. The 17-page checklist and report are delivered on site in a personalized binder. The Home Inspection Summary and Digital Photos are e-mailed within 12 hours.
The Summary consists of three parts:
Major Concerns: Items that require immediate attention because they are defective, hazardous, or require further evaluation, repairs or replacement.
Minor Concerns: Items that require attention, but would generally be inexpensive to remedy.
Other Information: Includes locations of Water and Gas shutoffs, Electrical panel and information unique to your new home.
The client is encouraged to follow along during the Home Inspection. This facilitates a better understanding of the completed report and of your new home.
